on ship-the departure from Kea island

                                                   

 

     Leaving the port of Kea. Very close to here the  ship "Brittanic"  (9 meters longer than Titanic) was sinked by german submarine during the first world war. "Brittanic" was a ship of White star lines who had made the Titanic too.  During the war Brittanic was used as nursing ship. For many years the corpse of the ship was visible from the surface.

                                                                    

Kea island

Rocks, clouds, sunlight and few trees. The teasure of Cyclades are these things. The only  thing in plethora is the frugality of them.

When my son is alone in bedroom

Two opposites sides of the bedroom in which the little bug (my son) is jumbing on bed. His mother never let him doing this, but when she isn't there...?

Two chimneies over the sea

The strong greek sun eliminates you, he rules over you and over everything, he creates the volumes by the light, he chisels shadows. That's why I don't speak about the greek light, as usually all the others do, I speak about the effect of greek shadow, which acts definitly upon me.
